BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album is BIGBANG’s fourth Korean mini-album. It was released as their Korean comeback, as it was the first release that they would actively promote in Korea since the release of their first Japanese album Number 1 (October 2008). As apposed to YG Entertainment’s 2010-2011 trend to promote more than one track at once, only the song “Tonight” was used as lead track, however, all the songs were performed on different stages at some point, with even a 1-hour comeback special program on SBS.

Two months after BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album, a special repackaged version of the mini-album was also released, BIGBANG Special Edition. This would be BIGBANG’s first repackaged release, and instead of only including a few new songs, YG decided to release it as a new compilation album with a 100 page photobook. BIGBANG Special Edition only included three songs from the original mini-album, “Tonight”, “Cafe” and “Somebody to Love”. It also included three new songs, “Love Song” and “Stupid Liar” which were used as lead tracks, and Daesung’s solo “BABY DON’T CRY”. Additionally, the album also includes a collection of the solo songs released by GD & TOP, Taeyang and Seungri before their come-back as BIGBANG.
Can’t Be Tamed is the third studio album by American recording artist Miley Cyrus and is Cyrus’ fourth album, and second studio album that is not affiliated with the Hannah Montana franchise, as her debut album was the second disc in the two-disc set Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus. Can’t Be Tamed was first released on June 18, 2010 by Hollywood Records in Germany and on June 21, 2010 in the United States. Writing and recording commenced while Cyrus traveled on the 2009 Wonder World Tour. 19 live performances and backstage interviews from a performance at London’s O2 Arena are featured on the second disc of the deluxe edition of Can’t Be Tamed. The albums’s producers include longtime collaborators Antonina Armato, Tim James, and John Shanks. Musically, Can’t Be Tamed ranges from acoustic ballads to dance-pop numbers. The tracks share a theme of breaking free of constraints and expectations.
To Anyone is the first full length album of South Korean girl group 2NE1. It was officially released on September 9, 2010. It features three lead singles, “Can’t Nobody”, “Go Away”, and “Clap Your Hands.”
“Wildflower & Cover Songs: Complete Best ‘Track 3′” is a single and cover compilation album by Japanese artist Superfly, set released on September 1, 2010, Superfly tenth single overall. The release consists of three discs: one four-tracked CD single (“Wildflower”), one 15-tracked album (Cover Songs: Complete Best), and one 8-cm CD single (‘Track 3′). The first CD contains four songs Superfly had recorded throughout the first half of 2010. The second CD is a compilation of every cover of American and English rock songs Superfly recorded and performed, while as a group and while fronted solely by Shiho Ochi. The mini CD, available only with the first pressings, contains an acoustic version of one of the cover songs.
Despite its members expanding to solo projects and other musical units in the past year, popular Johnny’s pop group NEWS continues going strong as a unit as well. After a long 22 months’ wait, they finally unleash their latest full-length album.
“Genie” is the debut Japanese single from popular Korean girl group Girls’ Generation. The single is set to be released on September 8, 2010.
Run Devil Run is a “repackaged” version of the album “Oh!” was released in March, with a new concept based around a “Dark Girls’ Generation” theme.
